Ersav Homes warrants that no change in the political situation in North Cyprus will lead to the confiscation of the property sold under the terms of the agreement with Ersav Property Developments Ltd., without compensation being paid . If such an event takes place and if the TRNC authorities or any other state and/or organization do not pay, Ersav Property Developments Ltd. agrees to return all the monies paid to that date to the purchasers.
